Problems with connection android

When I try to log in to madsonic server via android app at http: //xx.xx.xx.xx: 4040, I get the error message: Connection failure incompatible versions. Pleas upgrade mediasonic server - But if I access the address from my browser on my phone I can go to the server why?

I have installed version "MADSONIC 6.2.9040.9b189e7.20161208.0650" on debian according to the guide. And I can easily access the web interface both locally and from and out from since I have opened the port 4040 in the router. The only problem is that I can not access the madsonic server through the android app where I get the message described earlier .. - Would be nice with a solution to the problem?
