Issues with FLAC files

Is anyone else having issues with their FLAC files?
I've uploaded a lot of my jazz folders as FLAC files and most of them work just fine but some won't scan. One album scanned and was there and then has disappeared entirely! The folder structure is there but no songs. The files are still there on my server it's just Madsonic not recognizing it.

Running on QNAP NTS 4.2.2
