Tag Radio Genre Radio

I am on MADSONIC 7.0.10390.a6fd24b.20190510.1010 and just reattached my Christmas Media folders. When I click on Tag or Genre Radio all I am given is just a blank screen with only the following headers:


Radio
Please scan your library before.

Genre
ARTISTS Albums Songs

I have tried rescanning my library but no luck. Even if I go to the home screen and sort by Genre it returns no data. I have been using playlists so I don't know how long this has been missing. I know that I used it last Holiday season.
