ignore folder names in library?

ignore folder names in library?

I have my library separated between lossy/lossless and use folder names i.e "Joe Smith FLAC" and "Joe Smith"

All files are tagged with %artist% and %album artist% tags but Madsonic treats songs in the "Joe Smith" folder as a different artist than the ones in "Joe Smith FLAC"

anyway to stop this?
