Playlist Creation

While I normally create my playlists in iTunes, then export them, fix the formatting, then import into MadSonic, there are times I like to just create a playlist from within MadSonic.

The problem is that when I am listening to music, creating a new playlist (from the "More" icon), it stops playing music! I'd like to see the ability to create playlists as needed, but without stopping the currently playing music.
