Hi
When I get this, it is because the hard drive slowed down, (to save energy)
it usually takes 10-25 sec before the hdd booted up after pressing play,
easiest way to get around this is either to start another film
(usually does not work to try to start the same movie without starting another first)
otherwise it tend to work well clicking on "open in new window"
/ Regards

You should check the logs. It should have an error in it listed. I suspect you're getting a transcoding error which simply kills the stream to the player. The download should still work as it's probably just downloading the track in it's original format.
