JW player scroll bar

Hallo, I am new to madsonic and I find it wonderful.
Just two things that does not seems to work.
Using the flash player the JW player I cannot control the video using the scroll bar, but only using the drop-down menu. How can I change this?
Second. When I try to select the html5 player, this does not appears. How Can I fix it?
