Foobar doesn't show stream info

When I listen to my Madsonic stream with Windows Media Player it shows me the album art and textual information (album, song title, artist, etc.) When I listen with Foobar2000 the sound is fine but I don't get any of that media information as illustrated in the attached screenshot. Is there something I can do to remedy this?
