user issues

im hosting my server off my home pc, converting to html5, I have a freind that logs in under his accout My issue is when he's playing video's the KBPS and open in new window links arent showing up, hes using the same chrome version i cant figure out why its showing up for me and not him, when i log into his account on my computer it shows up fine... only thing thats different is he's on windows 8 im on 7... any ideas?
