MKV build-in subtitles

Is there anyway to use build-in subtitles with madsonic? Very heavy to watch anime from server over vpn with xbmc...
do you use madsonic to transcode the files ?
The only solution i found was this:

but you need .srt files separately.
I know only Plex-Media-Server to handle this problem. I use XBMC and WebDAV-Shares (no transcoding), but FTP worked also.
