Madsonic Support

Hey I love this madsonic mod! Only issue I've seen is that if I have a video(mkv or avi) or audio(mp3) file in a folder with other file formats, MadSonic will show me the folder name in the left navigation pane but nothing will show in the center except for any subfolders.

I can't narrow it down by media filetype or by the file format of other files in the same folder as the audio/video file. If I delete other file formats in that folder then it will work but I don't want to have to do that a gazillion times. Anyway to fix this? I tried a manual "Scan Media Folders Now"

I found that if I add cover art and refresh it then displays the video file.

Sorry for the delay. Click one of your folders on the left pane and then click the "change" link underneath the empty picture in the right pane.
From there you can see the built-in Google search to quickly be able to search for a cover and it adds the cover for you just by clicking the picture you like best in the search results,
