metadata import

Hi There,
Not all metadata is in the mp3 there are even files which don't have metadata.
We have a publisher who put metadata partial in xml format and partial in the mp3 itself.
It would be neat if we could use this metadata ...
meta-extractor from sourceforge does like the opposite... here I found another http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/111 ... 3-collecti
We use "non comercial music" for video editing...this music has a lot of metadata ...So the artist is sure he/she is found ...
Sometimes triple moods are given or a ERA like 1900 etc etc.
It's this information I would like to be used or better made searchable...
Also a lot of our publishers have covers not in the mp3 but in separate directory's
Kind Regards
