No response from a paid premium license

How does one go about getting the attention of the person(s) who runs this app? Second year in a row that there has been NO communication from Madsonic after I have paid for a one year premium license. I paid about a month ago & as of today I have no remote access & no response from a previous email sent a few weeks ago. Very frustrating & no way to run a business.

I owe an apology...this was due to "user error." I had restarted my computer over the weekend & since I rarely do that (I am running a Linux os), I forgot that I have to also restart the Madsonic app. Doh! I know you can arrange to have it restart automatically, but I have not taken the time to do that yet.
