Multiuser support?

I am using MADSONIC 7.0.10400.a6fd24b.20220120.1226 and have started using more frequently...Now I have simultaneous users myself & my wife on what I presumed was capable at the same time, however, can only do this if one of use uses Wifi, and one is on cellular...Shouldn't this support multiple users with WIFI?
Do I need a special license for this? Thanks
P.S. my assumption is that multiple access through the same 4040 port is unacceptable? I am wrong?
