It looks like the Madsonic website certificate has expired. This is causing the license checks to fail for premium.
I do see this in the Madsonic error log:
Caused by: java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException: NotAfter: Thu Sep 05 20:12:18 EDT 2019
And the madsonic website certificate says its expiry is the same. The Madsonic site is a LetsEncrypt certificate, so it looks like the certificate renewal didn't happen properly last go-round.

I figured the same thing and sent an email to support. Haven’t seen a response back yet
