Artist and different Mediafolder

I have a question to Organisation.
I have differnet Media-Folder (for example):
- Albums
- Singles/EP's
I "don't group" the Mediafolder in Settings, for have a selection, what i wan't to see.
The Problem is now, each Library has Tracks from the same Artist.
When i choose ArtistIndex on the Left, i get all Albums from the same Artist in one view (this is fine).
When now Select one of the Album or so, some Albums are lost nin this view now.
I only see now the Albums, witch are in same Library.
When I schosse Artist from the Top Menu, i get two Artist, with same name for everery Library.
How can i join them together, for have the same view like in Artistindex and don't lost some in the view?
