DESCRIPTION: Disabling Custom Scrollbar causes viewing issues with library on left frame.
REPRODUCIBLE: YES
=========================================================================================
I can see how some people may like the custom scrollbar but I do not. I do not like how it scrolls through my library, and does not scroll properly on some of my devices. Disabling this feature in the settings give me the normal functionality I want out of scrolling, however now I can only scroll through the first few letters of my library on the left side menu. Pressing the individual letter buttons on the bottom of the left menu causes the list to shift to that portion of the list, but i can still only scroll through about 25% of the whole list and the rest is cut off. Normal scrolling works fine in center frame.
