[Solved] Show Side Panel not working

DESCRIPTION: "Show Side Panel" option under Personal Settings does not work.
REPRODUCIBLE: YES

Tested on multiple systems. This option displayed a panel on the side that showed what other users were listening to as well as the system wide chat. This is one of my favorite features. Does not appear to be working on the official test server either.

As of build 7520, "Show Side Panel" now enables in settings but side panel still does not appear. Tested in both chrome and firefox as well as through the official demo server. Maybe the Artist Info frame that shows up by default on the right side needs to be disabled? CAN it be disabled?
