Do build 6.0.7110 support apps?
(for movies)

Can say that it works to play movies in the android app 5.7
but its not possible to fast forward/back in a movie

anyone got a solution for this? i tried mx-player vlc and bsplayer. in different ways (mv,hv.hw,hw+)

I think that may have to do with the format of the movie file itself. I know I can't do this for AVI files, but it seems to work for M?V files.

This will properly work again, if we transcode videos generally to mpeg/mp4 streams.
External Players can't handle jump points with flv streams!

i am working on other possibilities to transcode and streaming.

Just a question, If external player can't handle jump point in flv
why have it been possible to jump before? (earlier versions of madsonic & Subsonic)
same thing with the bitrate settings, before i could lower the bitrate setting in the app
and it still plays the movie in a lower quality. But this dont work any more, (don't think this have worked since Android changed the rights for apps)

One more question that's been bugging me for a long time, If i put the app in hls mode, the movie plays fine for exactly 10sec
and then the sound dies or the movie stops, why is this? ( really frustrating )
