Song skips after 1 seconds

Ive got this weird issue, some songs will only play for about 1 second, and then it skips to the next one.
However if play it about 3 seconds in, its fine.
this effects certain songs, 100% of the time.
Any ideas?

Log doesnt seem to have anything usefull, the last line when this happens is "INFO PlayQueueInputStream - ProtoJazz listening to "song""

- switch to debug
- check the file endings
this behavior smells like transcoding error ...

ok my version is flac, but thats not the point ,
you see the trancsoder is starting ... no matter what file type.
your transcoder does not fire up.
check the transcoding settings of your player.
if you only listen to music you can disable the entire movie settings.
then JUST enable one transcoder, test it and repeat.
my stuff only works with music-> mp3 and wma
