Madsonic Support

When on the main page that lists some random albums. I notice that there are folders that don't have any music in them. I have folders called cover, spectrograms and other things and I was wondering how to stop these being counted as albums and displayed?

I had a look at madsonic_exclude.txt. I have it in the root of my music folder in /files/Media/Music. This folder is where all my music is stored and its generally setup like:
Artist / (year) Album / ## - Title.ext

However in some albums there are cover folders and/or a spectrogram folder with images in them.

My madsonic_exclude.txt looks like:
cover
Spectrograms
scans
Pics

I have done several full rescan + clean, rescan and alike but these names still appear.

What am I doing wrong?

Anyone?

i wonder where this exclude-file should be ...
i do not have such thing on my linux based server.

the only thing that has something to do with exluding / ignoring , is a general setting für listing the indexed folders
