User Defaults

HI !
First post here, hope to be in the right subforum (admin please move it if ot)
My name is Rick (Italy) and I'm testing Madsonic (novice).
Maybe a stupid question : is there a way to "preset" some parameters/permission for all users ?
For example : how to force every user to have a theme ?
Please don't shoot me I'm a beginner.
Anyway this is a GREAT product !

Go to Settings >> Defaults
You also have some Group settings under Settings >> Groups

Seems that it's not working in my setup...
Setting defaults produce no effects on a new user. I've try to assign a predefined language but still no luck.
Does it works in your system ?
