Windows Server - Jetty Ciphers

Hello,
I am using a windows server to host my madsonic.
I also am using a letsencrypt cert.
I imported the cert to a java keystore and pointed madsonic to the alternate keystore and password and it is fully working and encrypted.
How can I change the Cipher Suites that jetty web server is using ?
I want to use more stronger cipher suites than is being served.
