add a place to keep notes

I have a few custom queries or things I need to remember and keep wishing there was a place for admin notes that no one else sees.

I dont normally log into the server I only log into the site. It wpuld be easier to have a spot in settings where I could have some notes and no matter where I logged in from I would have access to them.
