Change Madsonic Port and Alias

I am aware of how to change Madsonic to operate on port 80, but I want the alias to be /share_resource
I will also create a redirect on Port 4040 to go to the new /share_resource alias.
How would I do this?
Proxypass doesn't work out too well for me. I can no longer access Madsonic from port 4040, so it must be moved.
