Java Memory

My Java memory is:
I have 64gb of ram on my server, and madsonic is a little laggy. I have over 30 users accessing Madsonic a lot throughout the week. How do I increase memory, and will this help the lag? Does madsonic have any cache capabilities as far as page speed?
