Using Madsonic 3320-beta3
I have a folder Structure like:

%artist% - %album% (%year%)\%discnumber%.%tracktitle% - %title%

Now in the Artist Hub I only get the folder names instead of proper artists.
Isn't it possible to get the Artists from the Id3/vorbis tags, instead of relying on folder structure?

Is there an way to fix that, without changing my folder structure?

It would be really better to add an "artist" folder at the beginning of your structure !
Madsonic would be faster, and you would not have this problem !

I understand your question, but I don't have an answer (what a troller I am !!).
However, this would need to have perfect tags for all your albums !

I have perfect tags, however Folder names are sometimes not perfect - depending on filesystem you have certain restraints (special characters, folder length)...
Let's see what the developers say about this issue
