Can users access a web player from safari on iOS? If yes, what is the web URL they would go to on the phone?
if I remember correctly, no. iOS doesn't support Flash.
You can set up your player to use an "external" player, and it may work, but it will be ugly.
Best bet is to use one of the apps designed for iOS. I use iSub on my iPad, but there are free apps that work just as well.
