Raspberry Pi Issues

Hi,
I've just recently had to move a bunch of stuff around and took the chance to refresh my raspberry pi. Unfortunately I now can't get madsonic working again so I'm after some help.
I've used the guides here: http://mj2p.co.uk/install-subsonic-medi ... pberry-pi/ and although madsonic is up and running I get a message in the 'about' area that says 'WARNING No Transcoders found'
I've got ffmpeg and lame installed and have the binarys linked to the /var/madsonic/transcode folder but no dice.
I'm now at a bit of a loss as to what I need to do to get madsonic back up and running properly, if anyone can set me in the right direction I'd be most grateful.
