Madsonic Support

Hi !
Would it be possible to include the possibility to use a subsonic.org domain in madsonic ?
It was possible in the 4.6 version.

For now, the only way to do it is to install subsonic and configure it before upgrading to madsonic.

Sometimes, madsonic updates are only provided in .exe and .war packages. On ubuntu/debian, with a war package, you can easy update your madsonic.
