Re: Unable to log in on Mobile App

Hi.
I have the same problem with the latest android client (5.7.1), on android 6.0.
I get "wrong username or password". If I use the subsonic android client, with the same config, it works.
I use Madsonic 6.1.8550 on ubuntu.

multiple network interfaces

Hi ! I'm on Ubuntu 14.04LTS server edition. I've been running madsonic for a long time, and it is becoming better and better. :P Thanks MadEvil ! Recently, I have installed openvpn, which works fine. I had to put some iptables rules on the hosted subsonic server in order to make it work. T...

Re: Issue with FLAC files

In the transcode settings, try to replace Audioffmpeg with ffmpeg (like for the video files).
Maybe it can solve your problem, it did for me (couldn't play them in browsers either).

Re: Impossible to play Video

As Madevil found by PM, this was an issue with ffmpeg. He changed ffmpeg to Audioffmpeg, and now it works !
I don't understand why ffmpeg is not working correctly, but now I can play videos again. Will try the ffmpeg from the next build. ;)

Not all of them have [], I also thought of that, but it is not the cause. Also, with previous versions of madsonic, I managed to play even files with [].

Re: [Script] upgrade madsonic on debian linux

Here it is (the previous link had a 30days validity, same for this one). http://dl.free.fr/gdUkFU6VD

Madsonic, could you upload it on your website please ? (we can't upload a .sh file as an attachment)

Anyways, you can always copy paste the code in a text file and name it madsonic.sh !

NAS compatibility list ?

Hi guys ! I was wondering if some of you had madsonic working on a 2 bay NAS. I'm searching for a x86 nas with at least 1Gb ram. It sould be far enough for madsonic. The main fact is that I don't know which ones can be used with a linux console. I saw this one : http://www.thecus.com/product.php?PRO...

Re: [External player] Clementine player and subsonic

I finally managed to make it work (using https:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port/), but the search engine for subsonic is not always accurate. But great player indeed ! ;)

Re: [External player] Clementine player and subsonic

If you want to try it, the dev version is here :
http://builds.clementine-player.org/win32/release/

It doesn't work for me, I suppose because of a ssl problem.

Re: Howto get correct Artist Hub content?

It would be really better to add an "artist" folder at the beginning of your structure ! Madsonic would be faster, and you would not have this problem ! ;) I understand your question, but I don't have an answer (what a troller I am !!). However, this would need to have perfect tags for all...
