It seems to be working pretty stable now, as far as I can tell.
What I did:
Enable compatible mode and restart. Simple as that.

OK, I have played around with v4a settings a bit more, and sometimes it would work, and sometimes it wouldnt.
It seems to be working pretty stable now, as far as I can tell.
