Madsonic 5.2 OSX

Hello,
I was able to get this 5.2 Beta working on Mac OSX (as standalone), and it's working great. The main problem for me is that I'm not able to start the "madsonic.sh" shell (and the madsonic-booter.jar) unless the computer is connected to the Internet. (I get a “The Java JAR file “madsonic-booter.jar” could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages”)
Unfortunately the computer hosting Masonic on is on a intranet - that is not connected to the web - so I don't know how to start Masonic there.
Any help on this?
