Just got email this morning that dyndns free will be canceled for 30 days now.
What do you use for dns forwarding?
I've been using dyndns 4-years now (because its free)
I'm using subsonic.org forwarder for madsonic but other services will be problem.
What would be replacement?
What are you using?

Re: Replacement for dyndns
x2 on the no-ip.com - that's what I'm using. I do pay like $12.95 for 2 years of extra domain names, as I use more than just the 3 they let you use for free, and I use some of the "non-free" domain names they have available.

Re: Replacement for dyndns
i was just going to post freedns.afraid.org i started using them when Dyn started doing the "you have to login every 30 days to keep your domain" thing and it works just fine, i'm using it with DD-WRT, so it's compatible with most custom router firmware it seemsjustin wrote:I use freedns.afraid.org with tomato. I'm running tomato so I had quite list what to use.
