Webplayer goes to last bookmark when play/paused is pressed.

When I am playing a podcast with a set bookmark in the webplayer, if I pause the podcast then press play it will jump to the position of the bookmark instead of the position when it was paused.
For example I have a bookmark set at 10:30 I select the podcast from the menu and it plays starting a 10:30. That is all good, 5 minutes go by, now I am at 15:30 and I need to get a snack. I press pause. and go get my snack, come back. I can see that the podcast is paused at 15:30. I press play button and the podcast start playing at 10:30 not 15:30 where is was.
The easiest solution I have found is when I pause it, I also have to press the bookmark button, that way the pause location is the same as the bookmark location when I press play.
I am using the latest early release version 6.3.9840.
