Re: Android Client Early Adopter Program
Unusual issue here. Using latest 5.6 beta along with Techdemo III. When attempting to play (stream) FLAC files from the client, files transcode and start downloading fine, however playback doesn't start until nearly the entire file is downloaded; and when it does start, the position starts halfway o...

avconv vs ffmpeg
Using a debian wheezy machine here and ffmpeg has been depreciated for avconv. Using the new transcoding profile and implementing changes per the following post: http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10655 , everything seems to work quite well. Is there a plan to switch default pro...

Re: Android Client Early Adopter Program
For what its worth, the issue nh5 is reporting sounds like the same one I reported in the Bugs forum. Where pinned files (often transcoded FLAC) repeat download, I have also noticed that these same files cut off the last second of audio when streaming live.. This does not however happen in the web b...

Android Client - Some songs PINed repeating
Version 5.0.3770 Server jetty/8.y.z-SNAPSHOT, java 1.7.0_03, Linux (82.8 MB / 292.6 MB) Certain songs keep re-downloading when PINed, I assume it might be some sort of FFMPEG streaming issue, as the originals are FLAC. In playing the song, versus pinning it, I notice the audio of the last second cut...

Albums with "Part"/"Act" assumed to be multidisc [Solved]
I have albums that have "Part 1" or "Part 2" in the Album name, for example: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 But it's getting re-written into: Movies - Disk 1 Movies - Disk 2 Which is odd considering they are Soundtracks an...

Re: GUI MediaType Override Saves?
Still struggling with this. Basically trying to determine if filetags are the only way to ensure setting mediatype long term, or if the madsonic db should retain them from scan to scan?

GUI MediaType Override Saves?
Using Madsonic, I've selected to override to Directory in the GUI. But when it rescans or I add files into the directory, it switches back to Auto. Is this intensional or is Madsonic supposed to retain this setting for the directory in it's database permanetly?
